Since we deliver frozen food, please note the following when placing your order to ensure food quality and safety:

1. Please specify a date when someone will be available to sign for the package (someone must be home all day on that date).
2. Although you can request a “preferred delivery time,” this is for the carrier’s reference only. We cannot guarantee delivery at the specified time, as drivers must arrange delivery sequences based on their daily routes and order volume.
3. Unlike regular packages, frozen food must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery to ensure food safety and quality.
4. If food thaws or spoils due to no one being available to sign for the package, failure to answer phone calls, failure to check notifications in a timely manner, or failure to collect the package promptly, our store cannot be held liable for full compensation.
5. Delivery times may be delayed due to shipping delays, weather conditions, or holidays. We will notify customers in advance and arrange for shipment accordingly.
