Return & Refund Policy

1. QUALITY GUARANTEE

At NOM NOM VENTURES, we take pride in every meal we prepare. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

If you receive your order and encounter any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

2. REPORTING A PROBLEM

To ensure a smooth resolution, please:

📸 Provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged/spoiled item

  • The packaging (showing the condition it arrived in)

  • The receipt or order confirmation

We cannot accept claims made after 24 hours, as frozen food requires immediate reporting.


3. NO RETURNS FOR FROZEN FOOD

Due to health and safety regulations:

❌ We do not accept returns of frozen products.

❌ We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Orders made by mistake

  • Meals that have been thawed or partially consumed

Frozen food, once delivered, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your report and verify the issue:

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method:

  • TNG E-Wallet: 1-3 working days

  • Direct Bank Transfer: 3-7 working days


5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is lost or significantly delayed during transit:

  • Contact us immediately with your tracking number

  • We will investigate with the courier partner

  • Verified lost shipments will be fully refunded or resent

NOM NOM VENTURES is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond the estimated delivery window.
